We provide financial statement audits with competitive pricing to a variety of not-for-profit organizations, with an emphasis on schools, foundations, and food banks. Given no extenuating circumstances, we pride ourselves in quick turnarounds, typically providing a draft of the financial statements to our clients within two weeks of the completion of fieldwork.

We also provide Single Audits, which are required for organizations that expend significant amounts of federal award funds. A Single Audit is performed alongside the financial statement audit and involves additional tests of compliance with certain provisions of laws, regulations, contracts, and grant agreements.

Our firm provides employee benefit plan audits for a variety of entities including publicly traded companies as well as 403(b) plans for not-for-profit organizations. Our team of professionals have many years of experience performing employee benefit plan audits and have a deep understanding of Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) requirements.

For organizations that do not require a full financial statement audit, we also perform financial statement review services. A review primarily involves analytical procedures and inquiries of management, which we will use as a basis for our conclusion on the financial statements.
