AdaptX

Partnership & Growth
How did AdaptX first begin working with Greenwood Ohlund, and how has the relationship evolved over time?
Greenwood Ohlund came to us through a strong recommendation, and from the very first conversation, it was clear why. Brian Vinciguerra put us immediately at ease. He has a deep command of finance and tax, but more importantly, he has a rare ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance. That combination of expertise and accessibility was exactly what we needed. Over time, Brian has become one of our most trusted partners, someone we rely on not just for execution, but for steady, experienced counsel as our business has grown and evolved.
What support does the GO team provide, and what has been most valuable to your growth?
Brian serves as our fractional CFO and is our primary point of contact. Stephen Brown supports us as Controller. Together, they own the financial infrastructure of our business, from accounting and reporting to tax management and strategic planning. One of Brian and Stephen’s greatest contributions is building systems that scale with us. As AdaptX has grown, the financial operations have kept pace without adding burden to our leadership team.
How do the values and culture of AdaptX and GO align?
Both organizations are built around the idea that the right expertise, delivered with integrity and care, creates outsized value. AdaptX exists to help clinical leaders make better decisions with their own data. We hold ourselves to a high standard of accuracy, reliability, and trust with every health system we serve. We experience exactly that from the GO team. Brian is responsive, thorough, and deeply understands the venture-backed business environment. He doesn’t just complete tasks; he anticipates needs and brings the right level of attention to every situation.
Startup Finance & Strategy
What are some of the biggest accounting, tax, or financial challenges startups face as they scale?
Venture-backed companies face a distinctive set of financial pressures. Cash flow management, fundraising readiness, cap table complexity, and compliance obligations all intensify as a company grows, and the margin for error narrows at the same time. Startups often underestimate how much financial infrastructure they actually need, and how quickly they need it. The cost of building it reactively is almost always higher than building it proactively. Having experienced fractional leadership, like we have with Brian and Stephen, means you get the caliber of expertise that matches your moment, without the overhead of a full-time build-out before you’re ready for it.
How has strategic financial guidance helped AdaptX make better business decisions and prepare for future growth?
Brian understands the venture landscape from the inside out: investor expectations, due diligence requirements, and the financial details that matter to a board. That context makes his guidance qualitatively different from general bookkeeping support. We’ve relied on him through multiple fundraising and investor processes, and his fluency in what investors need has been a real asset. We go into those processes better prepared because of him.
Mission & Impact
What problem is AdaptX solving, and who benefits most?
® empowers clinical leaders to manage variation in patient care by leveraging real-world data from their own EMRs — self-serve, on-the-fly. At a time when health system leaders are being asked to do more with less, AdaptX multiplies the value of their existing investments in digital care. The clinicians, administrators, and executives who use AdaptX gain the ability to quickly monitor, evaluate, and adapt care across treatments, workflows, and teams. The results are concrete: hospitals have increased surgical capacity by 150,000 OR minutes per year, shortened inpatient length of stay by 33%, reduced stroke time-to-treatment by 25%, and cut ED left-without-being-seen rates by 50%.
What makes AdaptX different from others in the market?
Most analytics tools tell you what happened. AdaptX is built to help clinical leaders actively manage what’s happening now and what comes next. We put real-world EMR data directly in the hands of the people making care decisions — self-serve, without the lag of traditional reporting cycles. From large academic medical centers to critical access hospitals, our customers are using AdaptX to address their most pressing problems: capacity, revenue, quality, equity, and sustainability. That breadth of applicability, combined with the depth of insight at the point of care, is what sets us apart.
Looking Ahead
What are AdaptX’s top goals and priorities for 2026 and beyond?
We’ve built a strong foundation of proof points across a range of care settings: critical access hospitals, pediatric hospitals, and large health systems. The work ahead is about scaling that impact. AdaptX is transforming the way care is delivered, and we’re focused on commercial expansion and continuing to build a scalable platform capable of meeting the demands of increasingly sophisticated health care data.
What opportunities are you most excited about as the company continues to grow?
The opportunity that excites us most is the realization that we’re still early. The problems AdaptX solves — capacity constraints, quality gaps, and health disparities — exist at virtually every hospital in the country. As our platform continues to scale and our proof points multiply across segments, we expect the conversations with new customers to become faster and more compelling.
Closing
How can customers, partners, investors, or community members support AdaptX’s mission?
If you’re a health system leader wrestling with variation in care delivery, throughput, or quality — we’d welcome a conversation. If you’re an investor who believes that data-driven change management is the future of health system performance, we want to hear from you. And if you’re a peer company, researcher, or advocate working on the same problems from a different angle, there may be more room for partnership than you’d expect. Find us at adaptx.com.
Is there anything else you’d like people to know about AdaptX and the future you’re building?
The future we’re building is one where every clinical leader, regardless of whether they’re at a 25-bed critical access hospital or a major academic medical center, has the real-time insight they need to act, adapt, and improve. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re just getting started.
